With years of experience in luxury hotels in Senegal, I took the bold step of creating Miracle Travel by Momo. By 2018, my reputation had grown. I was called to train teams, improve service standards, and even assist in launching new hotel projects. But something inside me was ready for more — ready to build a new kind of travel experience based on everything I had learned.

In 2016, I took on a new challenge in a 5-star heritage hotel in Saint-Louis, ranked among the best in the country. As Guest Relations Manager, I personally handled VIP requests, custom tours, surprise celebrations, honeymoon arrangements, and luxury services. It was here that I truly discovered my calling:

In 2014, I joined a prestigious hotel in the heart of Dakar’s business district as Front Office Manager. There, I welcomed diplomats, celebrities, CEOs, and international guests — offering not just service, but memorable experiences. Managing teams, solving problems under pressure, and delivering five-star hospitality became my daily routine.

n 2012, my journey began in the peaceful resort town of Saly. I started as a night receptionist in a 4-star hotel, but it didn’t take long before my dedication, multilingual skills, and ability to anticipate client needs earned me a promotion to Front Office Supervisor. Every guest was a chance to improve, every challenge an opportunity to grow.
